All shipment outside of UK will be post by Royal Mail international Airmail service. Buyers from other countries should select appropriate postage when check out.

All items checked before shipping, if your item is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days to arrange exchange or refund.

We accept exchange or refund for unused products with original package within 7 days of purchase. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in an unused, re-saleable condition. However due to hygiene reason, we do not accept returns for used pet products. No refund or exchange after 30 days of purchase. Postage is Non refundable

Please ensure that all goods returned are suitably packed, as we will not be liable for damage during transit. You must obtain a certificate of posting (free of charge if you send via Royal Mail) as we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system.

Damaged, non Delivered or Missing Goods

Royal Mail allows 15 working days from the date of despatch for an item of mail to be delivered and, under Royal Mail regulations, does not consider an item as lost until 15 working days from the date of despatch have elapsed. For this reason, should you opt for a refund your account will be fully credited once this time has passed and the goods can be reported as lost in the post.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon receipt by the buyer. If, upon inspection,goods are found to be damaged or an item missing, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours by email in order that the appropriate course of action can be determined. The damaged/missing item, together with all of the packaging material, must be retained by the customer for possible inspection by Royal Mail. If goods were sent via Recorded or Special Delivery, all insurance is provided by Royal Mail and is subject to their terms and conditions. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, Royal Mail have 30 days in which to investigate and process a claim. Insofar as is possible, you agree to assist in this process.
